No, you cannot overdose your body with too much hydrogen gas. Excess hydrogen gas that your body cannot absorb is simply exhaled. A rough rule of thumb is to drink about 30 ml of water with hydrogen per kilogramme of body weight per day. This is your recommended daily amount.

Oxidative stress means that there is an imbalance in our cells: there are free, i.e. unbound oxygen atoms that lack hydrogen atoms to connect them to. This imbalance weakens our cells and causes diseases in the long term. If our cells receive freely available hydrogen molecules, i.e. particles that are not already connected to oxygen, then the free oxygen and hydrogen particles pair up and become neutral again and the cell is harmoniously balanced - i.e. healthy.

To get free hydrogen molecules into the cells, drinking water rich in hydrogen gas is a very simple and effective method. This water occurs naturally in a few healing springs or by enriching water with hydrogen gas, as the CellPower bottle does.

Your mitochondria are like little powerhouses in your body that provide you with energy in the form of ATP. (ATP stands for adenosine triphosphate. It is the main energy molecule in your cells that drives many vital processes).
