Eat water!

The fact that I love and appreciate the right water cannot be overlooked here on my website - because cell-permeable water (not just any liquid!) sets all life processes in motion.

Did you know that you can also eat water?

You can balance your water balance in a natural way by simply eating certain foods.

I think that's great and very practical, especially for children: to take away and for in-between meals.

And the best thing about it: in addition to water, these foods also provide vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are good for your body.

At least a small proportion of them do, unless you have grown them yourself - then their content would be significantly higher. It's well known that there isn't much more value in food grown by others (i.e. the food that is delivered to us in shops - the food industry from conventional to organic), but at least there is something.

Here are 9 very watery foods that will help you to hydrate your cells and keep you satiated while feeding your nutritional needs.

 1. Cucumber - the water-rich snack

Benefits: Not only are cucumbers refreshing and light, they also have anti-inflammatory properties and protect against cell damage thanks to their antioxidants. Perfect for nourishing your skin and maintaining your water balance! That's why they are so good as a topping if your skin has been exposed to too much sun.

About the cell permeability of water in fruit and vegetables

Zellgängiges Wasser in Obst und Gemüse

The water in fruit and vegetables is very cell-permeable. Nowadays this is also referred to as bioavailable. This means that it can be easily absorbed and utilised by the body. However, this structure is not necessarily hexagonal, as I found out. Amazing.

It becomes cell-permeable because the water is bound in the pulp cells and is quickly absorbed into the body when the food is consumed. It is particularly effective when it comes together with vitamin-rich and mineral-rich nutrients that support cell hydration and optimise the body's fluid balance.

Conclusion: water to eat is simply great

I found that water made from natural foods such as fruit and vegetables is an excellent and simple way to keep yourself hydrated, full and nourished.

I am in the process of finding a nature-based and simple solution for absolutely natural nutrients in the required quantities and will report more on this soon.

So, eat lots of watery foods and give them to your children as a matter of course to stay watery healthy and vital!
